Meditari advises on AI model contracts, compute capacity commitments, technology vendor selection and cost governance, and runs retained executive search for AI leadership. We work with government and semi-government bodies, telecoms operators, banks, multinationals and large family groups, across the Gulf and Europe.

Advisory

Advisory

AI strategy advisory.

The entry point. We establish where AI creates value, what to build or buy, and in what order to act.

AI capacity advisory.

Our flagship. We dimension capacity requirements, size compute commitments, review AI model contracts, run vendor selection and set cost governance that finance can audit. Compute capacity is the largest line in most AI budgets and the least advised. We assess what you need, recommend how to buy it, and build the structure that governs the cost.

AI execution advisory.

We set the scope, structure the terms and manage the change through to a running system. Delivery is carried out by an execution partner, appointed for the work. We can advise on that appointment, or oversee a partner already chosen.

AI executive search.

Meditari’s second practice. Leadership recruitment led by Elsa Babik, Partner, Executive Search. From position specification to appointment, including shortlisting, referencing and assessment against the specification.

Meditari took regulated mobile entrants from licence application to launch across the Gulf, negotiating with governments and regulators, incumbent operators, vendors and investors. Every launch turned on the same questions: what the regulator would permit, what the incumbent would concede, what the technology could carry, what the capacity would cost, and what the investors would fund. AI puts those questions to the same institutions.

Execution partners

Meditari does not deliver the build. Delivery passes to an execution partner appointed for the work, and we oversee it against the terms we set. The firms below have been assessed by Meditari and work under its supervision. Where a client prefers another party, or has one already, we advise on the appointment and oversee the delivery on the same terms.
